Short Title: Add prison term if permanently disable victim   [ Show Long Title ]

Long Title: To amend sections 2903.11, 2929.01, 2929.13, and 2929.14 and to enact section 2941.1426 of the Revised Code to require an additional prison term of 6 years for an offender who is convicted of or pleads guilty to felonious assault if the offender is convicted of or pleads guilty to a specification that the victim suffered permanent disabling harm and that the victim was under 10 years of age at the time of the offense.
