Short Title: Seal drug offense records if complete drug treatment program   [ Show Long Title ]

Long Title: To amend section 2953.31 of the Revised Code to permit sealing of records pertaining to multiple criminal offenses that resulted from drug-seeking behavior if the offender has successfully completed a drug treatment program and to name the act the Ohio Second Chance Act.
