Short Title: Require GA to approve certain consent decrees or settlements   [ Show Long Title ]

Long Title: To enact section 9.05 of the Revised Code to require the approval of the General Assembly for a state agency to agree to a consent decree or court-approved settlement agreement that would alter or prohibit the enforcement of a law of this state.
