Short Title

Allows courts to access electronic birth records in some cases

Long Title To enact section 2303.081 of the Revised Code to require the clerk of court, in domestic relations cases in which proof of a child's birth is required to be included in a pleading, to access the electronic system of vital records of the State Registrar or Department of Health and issue a certification of birth to the party applying for such certification upon payment of the required fees.
