Short Title

Enhance penalty if drug offense near addiction services provider

Long Title To amend sections 2925.01 and 2925.03 of the Revised Code to enhance penalties for certain drug trafficking offenses committed in the vicinity of a community addiction services provider and to amend the version of section 2925.03 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect June 29, 2019, to continue the provisions of this act on and after that effective date.
