House Bill 673
Provide paint for lead abatement/lead poisoning registry
To enact sections 3742.11 and 3742.12 of the Revised Code to require the Director of Health to develop a program in partnership with paint manufacturers and retailers to provide low-cost paint for use in lead abatement and to establish a registry of residential units where lead poisoning has occurred.
