Short Title: Eliminate certain primary elections   [ Show Long Title ]

Long Title: To amend sections 102.02, 3513.02, 3513.30, 3513.301, and 3513.312 of the Revised Code to expand the circumstances under which a board of elections or the secretary of state is not required to hold a primary election.
