Senate Bill 224
Exempt foreign goods from tax if in Ohio only for repackaging
To amend section 5739.02 of the Revised Code to exempt from sales and use tax goods purchased by a foreign citizen if the goods are in Ohio only temporarily for package consolidation before being delivered to a foreign address, and to declare an emergency.
