Short Title: Addresses sibling placement and relationships   [ Show Long Title ]

Long Title: To amend sections 2151.411, 3107.15, 3109.051, 3109.11, and 3113.31 and to enact sections 3109.18, 3109.181, 3109.182, 3109.183, and 3109.90 of the Revised Code to create sibling visitation rights, to make changes to the law regarding sibling placement by a court or agency and sibling relationships when parental rights are terminated, and to extend the sibling relationship beyond adoption.
