Short Title: Prohibit asking if job applicant has been convicted of a felony   [ Show Long Title ]

Long Title: To enact section 4113.13 of the Revised Code to prohibit private employers from including on an employment application any question concerning whether an applicant has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to a felony.
