Short Title: Authorizes certain prescriptions for patient's sexual partner   [ Show Long Title ]

Long Title: To amend section 4729.01 and to enact sections 4723.4810, 4729.282, 4730.432, and 4731.93 of the Revised Code regarding the authority to prescribe or personally furnish without examination a drug for a sexual partner of a patient diagnosed with chlamydia, gonorrhea, or trichomoniasis.
