Allows terminally ill patients to take unapproved drugs

Long Title To amend sections 3721.10, 4729.01, 4729.291, 4729.51, 4729.57, 4731.22, 4731.227, 5155.01, 5155.012, and 5155.03 and to enact sections 4729.89, 4731.97, and 4745.04 of the Revised Code to permit a patient with a terminal condition to be treated with a drug, product, or device that is not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration, to modify the laws governing the appointment of a county home superintendent or administrator, and to permit health care professionals to earn continuing education credit by providing volunteer health care services to indigent and uninsured persons.
