House Bill 400
Prohibits manufacture and sale of microbeads
To amend section 3715.99 and to enact sections 3715.522, 3715.523, and 3715.524 of the Revised Code to prohibit the manufacture and sale of microbeads, and to create a consumer education program about best practices for microbeads.
