Short Title

Exempts order to active duty from public records law

Long Title To amend sections 149.43 and 5903.02 of the Revised Code to specify that an order for active military service or other documentation regarding the call to order of an individual in the Armed Forces of the United States or the Ohio organized militia is not a public record for a period of time and to extend employment and reemployment protection to a person who is a member of another state's national guard or organized militia and who is employed in Ohio.
