Short Title

Prohibits certain offenders from changing name

Long Title To amend sections 109.57, 109.572, 109.60, and 2717.01 of the Revised Code to prohibit a person who has been convicted of an unsealable offense from changing the person's name and to require a court that is considering a name change application to obtain a criminal records check to determine whether the person is ineligible for the change.
