Senate Bill 11
Creates Volunteer Peace Officers' Dependents Fund
To amend sections 742.63 and 2329.66 and to enact sections 143.01 to 143.11 of the Revised Code to enact the "Jason Gresko Act" to create the Volunteer Peace Officers' Dependents Fund to provide death benefits to survivors of volunteer peace officers killed in the line of duty and disability benefits to disabled volunteer peace officers and to make survivors of gaming agents and Department of Taxation investigators eligible for benefits from the Ohio Public Safety Officers Death Benefit Fund.
