Senate Bill 292
Modifies immunity for health care to indigent or uninsured
To amend sections 2305.234, 2305.2341, and 3701.071 and to enact sections 3701.074 and 4745.04 of the Revised Code to modify the qualified immunity from civil liability for volunteer health care services provided to indigent and uninsured persons and to permit health care professionals to earn continuing education credit by providing volunteer health care services to indigent and uninsured persons.
