Senate Bill 305
Prohibits tax certificate sale if resident 65
To amend sections 5721.06, 5721.31, and 5721.34 of the Revised Code to prohibit the sale of tax certificates for parcels owned by a person sixty-five years of age or older and that include the primary residence of the owner.
