To amend sections 4730.26, 4730.32, 4731.224, 4731.24, 4731.25, 4731.291, 4731.573, 4759.02, 4759.05, 4759.051, 4759.06, 4759.07, 4759.08, 4759.10, 4760.01, 4760.14, 4760.16, 4761.01, 4761.03, 4761.032, 4761.04, 4761.05, 4761.06, 4761.07, 4761.09, 4761.10, 4761.11, 4761.14, 4762.14, 4762.16, 4774.01, 4774.14, 4774.16, 5167.01, and 5167.03, to enact sections 4731.251, 4731.252, 4731.253, 4759.012, 4759.062, 4759.071, 4759.13, 4761.012, 4761.091, 4761.19, and 4778.17, and to repeal sections 4761.031 and 4761.08 of the Revised Code to provide for the establishment of a confidential program for the treatment of impaired practitioners regulated by the State Medical Board, to modify the laws governing the Board's regulation of dietitians and respiratory care professionals, to make other changes in the laws administered by the Board, to provide that the General Assembly's authorization is needed before long-term care services are further included in the Medicaid managed care system, and to declare an emergency.
