Short Title: Regulate use of information obtained from job applicants   [ Show Long Title ]

Long Title: To enact sections 4177.01, 4177.02, 4177.03, 4177.04, and 4177.05 of the Revised Code to regulate the collection, use, and retention of certain information obtained from an applicant during the employee selection process.
