Short Title: Change appraisers' law and regulate appraisal management   [ Show Long Title ]

Long Title: To amend sections 109.572, 121.08, 4763.01, 4763.02, 4763.03, 4763.05, 4763.08, 4763.11, 4763.12, 4763.13, 4763.14, 4763.15, 4763.17, and 4763.19 and to enact sections 4768.01, 4768.02, 4768.03, 4768.04, 4768.05, 4768.06, 4768.07, 4768.08, 4768.09, 4768.10, 4768.11, 4768.12, 4768.13, 4768.14, 4768.15, and 4768.99 of the Revised Code to change the definition of "appraisal" for purposes of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Law, to make changes to certain procedures and the exceptions to licensure under that law, to regulate appraisal management companies, and to declare an emergency.
