Long Title To amend sections 3702.30, 3727.05, 4731.14, 4731.281, 4731.29, 4731.56, and 4731.57 and to enact sections 3727.061, 3901.89, and 5164.302 of the Revised Code to prohibit a physician from being required to secure a maintenance of certification as a condition of obtaining licensure, reimbursement, or employment or obtaining admitting privileges or surgical privileges at a hospital or health care facility.
