House Bill 47
Enact Students to Soldiers Support Act
To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact sections 3313.5315 and 3345.425 of the Revised Code to enact the "Students to Soldiers Support Act (S3A)" regarding the participation of students who are serving in the uniformed services in extracurricular activities at public and nonpublic schools and public and private colleges.
