Seal drug offense records if complete drug treatment program

To amend section 2953.31 of the Revised Code to permit sealing of records pertaining to multiple criminal offenses that resulted from drug-seeking behavior if the offender has successfully completed a drug treatment program and to name the act the Ohio Second Chance Act.
