Short Title: Expunge if criminal sanction based on mistaken identity   [ Show Long Title ]

Long Title: To amend sections 2953.51, 2953.52, 2953.53, 2953.54, 2953.55, and 2953.61 of the Revised Code to provide for the expungement of official records related to the apprehension, arrest, criminal charging, or trial of a person based on mistaken identity.
