House Bill 785
Regards unemployment benefits when 200 or more laid off
To amend sections 4141.28 and 4141.30 of the Revised Code regarding notices, resources, and benefits under the Unemployment Compensation Law when an employer lays off two hundred or more employees within a seven-day period due to lack of work.
