Make sales tax holiday for clothes and school supplies permanent

Long Title To amend sections 3311.50, 5705.215, 5739.02, 5739.03, and 5739.05 of the Revised Code to provide for a permanent three-day sales tax "holiday" each August during which sales of clothing and school supplies are exempt from sales and use tax, to authorize a county school financing district property tax for school safety, security, and mental health services, and to declare an emergency.
