Eliminate statute of limitations for rape

To amend sections 2901.13 and 2933.82 and to enact section 2305.117 of the Revised Code to eliminate the period of limitations for the criminal prosecution of a person for rape, conspiracy to commit rape, complicity in committing rape, or attempted rape and to provide that there is no period of limitations for a civil action brought by a victim of conduct that would constitute rape, conspiracy to commit rape, complicity in committing rape, or attempted rape.
