Short Title

Obtain title to watercraft or outboard motor left on property

Long Title To amend section 1547.30; to enact sections 1547.305 and 1547.58; and to repeal sections 4585.31, 4585.32, 4585.33, and 4585.34 of the Revised Code to alter the process by which a person may obtain title to a watercraft vessel or outboard motor valued under $10,000 that has been left on the person's property.
