Specify term of Franklin County domestic relations judge

To amend sections 1901.02, 2301.02, and 2301.03 of the Revised Code to specify that the domestic relations judge of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas to be elected in 2020 will take office on January 3, 2021, and to remove the municipal corporation of Trenton from the jurisdiction of the Hamilton and Middletown municipal courts and to amend the version of section 1901.02 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect January 1, 2020, to continue the provisions of this act on and after that effective date.
