Long Title To amend sections 2907.01, 2907.05, 2907.17, 2907.18, 2907.24, 4715.30, 4729.16, 4730.25, 4731.22, 4732.17, 4732.171, 4755.11, 4755.47, and 4755.64, to enact sections 4725.241 and 4753.102 of the Revised Code, and to amend the version of section 2907.05 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect March 22, 2020, to prohibit unlawful sexual contact between health care professionals and patients and to revoke professional licenses for criminal misconduct.
