Long Title To amend sections 317.13, 317.32, and 317.36 of the Revised Code to require counties to provide an electronic means of recording instruments and of accessing recorded instruments, to allow county recorders to charge a document preservation surcharge, to increase the recording fee for living wills, health care powers of attorney, and instruments related to personal property, and to make an appropriation.
