Study progress of and challenges to Ohio African-Americans
To establish a committee to study the progress and challenges of African Americans in Ohio and to amend Section 297.10 of Am. Sub. H.B. 49 of the 132nd General Assembly, as subsequently amended, and to make an appropriation.
