House Bill 320
Enact Darren's Law re: false 911 reports
To amend sections 128.32 and 128.99 and to enact section 2307.68 of the Revised Code to permit the subject of a false 9-1-1 report made by a person for a discriminatory reason against the subject of the report to bring a civil action for damages against the person, and to name the act Darren's Law.
