Enact the Inalienable Rights of Conscience Act

To enact sections 3792.05, 3792.06, and 3792.07 of the Revised Code to enact the Inalienable Rights of Conscience Act regarding students and employees who object to certain vaccines and other treatments based on reasons of conscience, including religious convictions.
