Long Title To amend sections 2953.21 and 2953.23 of the Revised Code to authorize the filing of an initial or subsequent postconviction relief petition regarding a felony conviction that is based on DNA testing showing actual innocence, when the testing was done at the request or on behalf of the petitioner in the case in any circumstances, the state, or any government entity.
