Apply certain felony offenses only to persons 18 and older

Long Title To amend sections 2903.02 and 2903.04 of the Revised Code to provide that the prohibition under "murder" against causing the death of another as a proximate result of committing or attempting to commit a first or second degree felony offense of violence, and the prohibitions under "involuntary manslaughter," apply only to a person who is age 18 or older.
