House Bill 51
Creates Industrial Commission Budget for FY2016 and FY2017
To repeal section 4121.351 of the Revised Code to
eliminate the ability of the Industrial Commission to enter into personal service contracts during hearing spikes, to make appropriations for the Industrial Commission for the biennium beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2017, and to provide authorization and conditions for the operation of Commission programs.
