Senate Bill 132
Establishes programs to aid in purchase of health insurance
To amend sections 124.14, 3905.01, 3905.473, and 3924.01, to enact sections 3965.01 to 3965.14, and to repeal sections 3905.471, 3905.472, and 3905.474 of the Revised Code to establish the Ohio Health Benefit Exchange Program consisting of an exchange for individual coverage and a Small Business Health Options Program.
