Senate Bill 149
Makes neurological injuries eligible for Workers' Comp
To amend sections 4123.57 and 4123.58 of the Revised Code to make an individual who has lost the use of a body part due to a brain injury or spinal cord injury eligible for partial disability and permanent total disability compensation under the Workers' Compensation Law.
