Imposes mandatory prison if harm victim under 13

To amend sections 2903.11 and 2929.14 and to enact section 2941.1424 of the Revised Code to impose a mandatory prison term of one, two, three, four, or five years on an offender who is convicted of or pleads guilty to a felony that includes, as an essential element, purposely causing or attempting to cause the death of or physical harm to another, if the indictment, count in the indictment, or information charging the offense specifies that the offense resulted in serious physical harm to a person who was less than 13 years of age.
