Senate Bill 186
Establishes Elections Commission enforcement measures
To amend sections 9.03, 3315.07, 3517.153, 3517.154, 3517.155, 3517.156, 3517.993, and 3599.40 of the Revised Code to authorize the Ohio Elections Commission to hear complaints regarding violations of the laws prohibiting use of public funds for political campaign purposes, impose civil penalties for violations of those laws, and establish additional enforcement measures for violations of those laws.
