Requires schools to prevent sudden cardiac arrest

To amend sections 3314.03 and 3326.11 and to enact sections 3313.5310, 3314.145, 3326.29, 3707.58, and 3707.59 of the Revised Code to enact "Lindsay's Law" regarding sudden cardiac arrest in youth athletic activities.
