Police body cam records not public if show police harmed

To amend section 149.43 and to enact section 149.436 of the Revised Code to provide that portions of a peace officer's dashboard camera recordings that show an officer being killed or suffering grievous bodily harm in the line of duty are not public records and generally are confidential and may not be released.
