Senate Bill 132
Revises the allocation of increases in the motor fuel tax
To amend sections 5735.05, 5735.051, and 5735.27 of the Revised Code to modify the amount of revenue derived from any increase in the motor fuel tax rate that is allocated to local governments and to change the manner in which that revenue is divided between municipal corporations, counties, and townships.
