House Bill 108
Enact Nonprofit Workforce Reinvestment Act
To amend sections 5739.12 and 5739.99 and to enact section 5739.28 of the Revised Code to enact the Nonprofit Workforce Reinvestment Act to allow certain tax-exempt retailers to retain a portion of state sales taxes to fund employment services.
