Senate Bill 148
Enact the Second Amendment Financial Privacy Act
To enact sections 1349.84, 1349.85, and 1349.86 of the Revised Code relating to payment card transactions involving firearms and ammunition retailers and to name this act the Second Amendment Financial Privacy Act.
