Urge Congress designate drug cartels as terrorist organizations
To urge the United States Congress to designate the Sinaloa Cartel and the Jalisco Cartel New Generation, as well as similar drug cartels like the Zheng Cartel, as foreign terrorist organizations and to recognize the threats those organizations pose to the people of the United States as terrorism.
