Short Title: Regulates biological product drugs   [ Show Long Title ]

Long Title: To amend sections 1751.04, 1751.72, 3715.01, 3715.64, 3923.041, 4729.01, 4729.38, 4729.99, and 5160.34 and to enact section 3715.011 of the Revised Code to regulate biological products and the substitution of interchangeable biological products, to revise certain deadlines related to prior authorization requirements, to establish an exemption from the laws governing health insuring corporations, to delay the expiration of certain supervision agreements between physicians and physician assistants, and to declare an emergency.
