House Bill 299
Enact Consumer Utility Billing Transparency Act
To enact sections 4933.29 and 4933.30 of the Revised Code to enact "The Consumer Utility Billing Transparency Act" requiring the itemization of all riders, charges, taxes, and other costs on certain utility bills.
